Why did you choose Dentally?
We had previously used SOE (and before that R4) and were looking for a more straightforward workflow. In addition my wife, Louise, who has joined us in a new role as Practice Manager, really saw the benefits of being able to work remotely - Dentally enables us to do this. Plus; I also felt the whole team at Dentally just seemed to be a down to earth bunch of people to work with!
How did you find the move to Dentally?
The transition from the sales team over to the onboarding team was simply fab! The data migration was an easy process and we were able to check all our data and patient information.
How did you and the team find remote training due to Covid-19?
The training was excellent, Adam went through everything in detail and in a way the team could easily understand and have confidence in using the software. To be honest we all dialled in to the video training session remotely and just got on with it. The feedback from the team afterwards was great and everyone felt happy with the training they received.
What do you see as the key benefits of Dentally?
The software has a straightforward workflow - it is very logical and the remote management (access) is ideal. Overall we feel there is less background and unnecessary noise with the system. The software is cost effective. You can choose if you wish to have some of the extra innovative bolt on functionality if you would like to - such as the iPad app. I personally also like the treatment plans!”.
