How secure is our data with Dentally?
Security is at the core of Dentally’s design and is delivered in two parts. Firstly, in how we support you and advise on what you can do in terms of your practice and your team through specific privacy features. What makes Dentally different?
First of all we are cloud-based, giving you greater flexibility to run your practice management software. Importantly Dentally for private practices is built to help you reduce costs while growing your business and prioritising patient care. It’s flexible, scalable, and reporting is seamless.
What happens if the internet goes down?
In the rare case that you lose your internet connection, you can still use Dentally. A data hotspot on your mobile phone using a 3G/4G data connection or a back-up router which can run on a SIM card will be more than sufficient to run the software over a mobile connection. Dentally does not require a large amount of data to allow you to run your practice.
What kind of reporting capability is in Dentally?
There are plenty of useful and powerful reports so you can make informed decisions with accurate and intuitive statistics. Reports can be tailored to your practice with multiple filters and you can favourite those that you use most frequently. Read more.
Is there a choice of onboarding packages?

Do you have a pricing plan?
Every practice is unique, so we’ve got a pricing plan to meet your needs, no matter what your practice size. Do I need to pay for a year upfront?
You can decide whether you wish to pay monthly or annually. Our team will discuss this with you.
Can I integrate Dentally with other software tools?
