We take the stress out of practice admin and are constantly innovating ways to make dentists’ lives easier on a day-to-day basis. Cloud-based technology is something that our team is passionate about and we know that it can make a real difference with tangible results. Nothing makes us happier than getting the positive feedback that we do from dentists across the globe.

2013

Dentally was Born

When our two founders Nick and James, saw how slowly traditional dental software was working, they knew they had to do something. They put their heads together to create something that would help practitioners deliver great customer care, without the day-to-day IT stress. Dentally passes NHS England certification and launches in beta testing with a focus on delivering an intuitive user interface, and gains its first customers.

2014

Launch

Dentally officially launched with its first practice live on the 22nd of April.

Enhanced User Experience

Dentally proudly introduced a fresh iteration of our software, brimming with a host of new features and an enhanced chart, retiring the 'classic' user interface and introducing a postcode finder to simplify patient address management for reception teams.

Expanding Capabilities

Committed to advancing clinical capabilities, we unveiled enhanced clinical note and treatment plan options, while also introducing Dentally Mail as a seamless way to send paper mail to patients.

Growth and Acquisition

Achieving approval as a software supplier for NHS Scotland was a proud moment for Dentally, while the acquisition of Goodteith represented a significant expansion of our team, adding expertise and talent to our mission of driving innovation forward.

Empowering Patients

Dentally adds extensive new patient reports, waiting lists, and flexible recalls to its software, and introduces its Patient Portal, which allows patients to access their dental records and make appointments.
