Since being involved in the Dentally Elevate programme, our practice has implemented several automations such as appointment reminders, asking patients to pre-fill medical history forms in advance of attending, along with offering a greater variety of online bookings with deposit measures in place to reduce admin time for the team and our patients, as well as instilling greater patient loyalty from the start. 

The best part is that this fantastic service comes free with the practice management software I am already using, making it an even more valuable resource.
