What is your experience of moving to Dentally?

Moving from Oasis to Dentally has been a transformative experience for our practice, bringing both challenges and significant improvements. The transition began with an initial period of adjustment, as our team familiarised themselves with Dentally’s features and interface. While Oasis was familiar, Dentally offered a more intuitive, cloud-based platform that promised greater flexibility and efficiency. 

One of the most noticeable improvements has been in the ease of access. Dentally’s cloud-based system allows us to access patient records, appointments, and treatment plans from anywhere, ensuring a seamless experience both in the office and remotely. Key outcomes:

• At the beginning of the Elevate journey, Dr Lisa Killmore hoped to build utilisation enough in the clinic to install and run a second chair in the clinic by the end of 2025.: This target goal was reached a whole year earlier than expected after 6 months on the Elevate programme 

• Time lost to FTAs/cancellations without rebooking each month has consistently lowered and now sits at just 11% loss 

• The practice consistently sees upwards of 25 x new patients registering each month, with their patient base having grown by 8.2% in the last 6 months 

• We have organically lifted Dr Lisa's average hourly rate by 23% over the course and placed a greater focus on the un-booked treatment follow up to ensure Dr Lisa is consistently seeing a more ideal blend of appointments as currently the singular practitioner
